Account deletion

Delete your Mission Khaki account

You can delete your account whether you use the free app or have purchased Premium. You can also request deletion without opening or reinstalling the app.

Delete in the app

In Mission Khaki 2.5.0 or later, open the account menu on Home, choose Account settings, then Delete account. Read the confirmation and confirm your identity with your Google account or current email password.

After successful deletion, the app signs you out. A connection or verification failure is shown as an error, not as completed deletion. Retry if prompted. Accounts that cannot confirm their sign-in can use the email request below.

Cannot access the app?

Email contact.rupjyoti26@gmail.com with the subject Mission Khaki account deletion. Include the email used for your Mission Khaki sign-in, or your legacy sign-in phone number if applicable, and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.

Email a deletion request

The link opens your email app; the request is sent only when you send the email. You can copy the address into any email service. You do not need to reinstall Mission Khaki. Do not send your password, verification codes, card details or purchase tokens.

We verify account ownership before deleting data, ask for clarification if needed, and confirm completion by email. Requests are typically processed within 30 days after ownership verification. A received or pending request is not completed deletion.

What is deleted

We delete your Firebase Authentication account, application-owned cloud profile and its associated records, and your leaderboard entries. This includes the account’s Premium grant. The app clears its UID-scoped session and entitlement cache after successful in-app deletion.

Device-only study progress, bookmarks and goals are shared local app data without a provable account owner. Account deletion does not erase these across accounts; clear app storage or uninstall to remove them from your device. Uninstalling alone does not delete your cloud account.

Minimal security records retained

For a purchased account, we keep only one-way purchase-token fingerprints and a retired flag to prevent the same purchase being claimed again after deletion. These records contain no account UID, name, email, phone number, raw purchase token or payment-card information.

A separate minimal deletion-status record uses the former Firebase UID and completion time to block stale sessions from recreating deleted account data. It contains no name, email or phone number. If deletion fails, it records the cleanup stage so the same deletion can be retried safely.

Deleting your account permanently ends its linked Premium access. Its retired purchase cannot automatically unlock a new account through Restore. Account deletion does not delete Google Play’s own transaction records or issue a refund. Contact the support address above if you need help.

These minimal records are retained for fraud prevention and transaction integrity. See the privacy policy’s deletion section for the same disclosure and information about provider backups.
